The Cheapest Vegan Milk...

BANANA MILK RECIPE

Banana milk is the cheapest non-dairy milk there is, costing just pennies to make.  Why not give it a go?

RECIPE:

1 frozen banana

1 cup of water

1/4 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth

Variations:

Try adding chocolate powder, vanilla extract or powder

For a thicker milk, add a tablespoon of soaked oats, then strain 

Blend in a tablespoon of nut butter of your choice
